How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Primed → Cancel Subscription
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Primed on your new device, go to the paywall or settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Why isn't my streak counting correctly?
Streaks are based on completing at least one task per day. Make sure you complete your daily task before midnight in your local time zone. If you miss a day, your streak resets to 1.
Is the first aid information certified?
Our first aid content is based on guidelines from the American Red Cross and "Stop the Bleed" program. However, Primed is an educational app and does not provide certification. For official certification, we recommend taking an in-person course from the Red Cross or a similar organization.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Can I use Primed offline?
Yes! Most features work offline. Your progress is saved locally on your device. An internet connection is only needed to process subscription purchases.
