Q. When do virtual classes start? 
June 12th 2023
Mondays at 9am, Tuesdays at 5:15 pm, Fridays at 6:30 am

Q. How long are classes?
A 40 min

Q. Are the workouts different than the class workouts?
​ A. Yes workouts will be adapted to an at-home setting with less equipment but workouts will use the Primed method designed to improve strength, balance, mobility and conditioning.

Q. Do I have to be tech savvy?
A. No, joining class will be as simple as clicking a link. Instructors and support can help too.

Q. Why train at home instead of in-person?
A. Some people can't make the Primed class times or want to train from home. Primed virtual becomes an accessible solution

Q. Can a person really learn good technique over a virtual (zoom) format?
A. Yes. Our experienced instructors will have eyes on your movement and can provide accurate, helpful feedback.

Q. What if I've never used weights?
A. We are here to help. No matter you're level, we can adapt and get you moving and training effectively.
