Primed® is an in-person and remote strength & mobility training system and community built for individuals ages 50+ looking to increase strength, maintain top performance, and redefine what it means to age well.
Despite living an active lifestyle, it is common for aging adults to see a decline in muscle mass and agility, impacting a person's ability to enjoy the activities they have always loved. It is estimated aging adults lose 8% muscle mass every decade past 30. This accelerates after 60. If you feel your strength declining, there is a physiological reason for this. The good news? You can impact how you age. Primed® offers a proprietary methodology designed to counteract the degenerative effects of aging. Primed® combines quality, personalized instruction in functional movement. These multi-joint exercises increase strength, improve range of motion, and help prevent injury. Primed® will help you build lean muscle mass, increase mobility, and improve your overall fitness. Primed® classes are coached by certified fitness professionals who are trained to safely teach proper technique and to adapt movements to the individual needs and limitations of each participant. |
