How Does the Primed® Program Work?
- Primed® in-person is a weekly one-hour coached class in Calgary, that promotes community and accountability.
- Classes consist of a thorough full-body warm up, a targeted strength component and conditioning set, designed to foster mobility and promote stamina. Primed® utilizes a series of multi-joint functional exercises such as squatting, stepping, pushing and pulling, modified for individual ability and skill level.
- Each week you are provided an additional workout to complete at home to accelerate progress and reinforce learning from class.
- Primed® includes Quarterly assessments to benchmark and track your progress.
- Memberships renew monthly on a subscription basis. Cancelled upon request with 48 business hours notice.
