Q. What should I wear?
Wear active wear that allows you to move in a full range of motion through your arms, legs and torso. A layer may be helpful if you are sensitive to hot and cold. Please bring indoor footwear. Ideal shoes are a flat shoe like a court shoe, but any active running shoe will do the trick.
Q. What if I have never lifted weights before?
That's why we're here. We put a strong emphasis on safe technique, appropriate amount of weight, and quality movement. Our coaches are instructing, guiding and encouraging through each element of our training sessions.
Q. Who is in the class, will it be a fit for me?
Our classes have a variety of folks coming from all sport and fitness backgrounds. The one things they all have in common, is that they are over the age of 55, value fitness, want to stay strong and healthy as they age, and are willing to try new things. This will become your community.
Q. What if I have previous injuries or limitations?
Our coaches are all trained professionals, adept at scaling and adjusting movements for various limitations and competency levels. We've got your back. Our purpose is to help YOU find the level of training and movement that works for you, with your unique body.

Everyone starts somewhere. We are here to support you on your fitness journey and meet you where you're at. Don't wait any longer to begin, there's no time like now.
